CCC To Tap Residential Market
Charm City Concierge to Tap Residential MarketBaltimore Business Journal Online
Charm City Concierge will expand into the residential market, the company announced Monday.
May 24, 2004 - The company’s new Residential Services Division will allow the company to capitalize on what Charm City President Tina Urquhart called “a significant reemergence of people moving back into the city.”
The new division will provide tailored concierge service – including more than 100 personal and corporate services, including maid service, flower delivery, limo service, pet sitting and others – for each of the company’s residential clients, the company said.
Charm City Concierge, based in Baltimore, provides corporate concierge services to more than 2 million square feet of commercial space in Baltimore, Washington and Virginia. The company expects to double its portfolio by this summer.
