COLUMBIA, Md. July 2, 2001 - Charm City Concierge Selected to Operate Office, in Addition to Location At the National Business Park
Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE:OFC) has opened its second concierge office in the Baltimore-Washington corridor, located at 1099 Winterson Road in the Airport Square business community.

Charm City Concierge, a Baltimore-based corporate concierge company, has been selected to handle a comprehensive range of services for the Company's office portfolio at Airport Square. Corporate Office Properties owns and manages 22 buildings, totaling more than 1.5 million square feet of space at this business community adjacent to the Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
Charm City Concierge will offer a range of business and personal services including event planning, catering, the purchase and delivery of items such as flowers and gifts, and the booking of hotel rooms and tickets to entertainment and sporting events. Charm City will also coordinate auto detailing and provide relocation services.

The company offers similar services for Corporate Office Properties tenants at The National Business Park.
