Charm City Concierge Launches Personalized Virtual Marketplace

Charm City Concierge has launched a virtual concierge website for its 100,000-plus client list, which comprises 23.5 million square feet of commercial office space in 156 locations.

August 30, 2009 - The membership-only website allows clients to create their own personalized virtual community. Once logged-on clients have 24/7 access to shop online for products and services. Clients are not linked to outside shopping sites, but rather can browse from a selection of products and gifts already researched and selected for them.

The personalized desktop features news, weather, traffic and can even be linked to individual Facebook and Twitter pages. Clients can stay informed of property-specific information as well as regional events appealing to all interests.

"We've created one unique site where our clients can go for everything," says Charm City Concierge President Tina Urquhart. "They can use our site as their homepage and keep their finger on the pulse."

The company has grown into a $5 million plus operation and currently serves some of the largest companies in the area.
