Our journey began 25 years ago when realizing that Corporate America needed an infusion of convenience, balance, and a little bit of fun in the workplace.  With a vision to make life a little easier combined with passion, perseverance and persuasion, Charm City Concierge was born.

Delivering concierge services in a corporate environment became our mission and for years we were bringing convenience to our many corporate clients from large corporations to small startups. With the evolution of the workplace, our focus evolved from service and convenience to enhancing the overall workplace experience for the employees that work throughout the buildings that we service.
